About Coach Jo Zwaenepoel
Jo is a triathlete, personal coach and passionate sports enthusiast. With expertise in training, nutrition, physiology and yoga, he helps athletes achieve their goals in a personal and science-based way. From youth cycling to Ironman — Jo knows exactly what it takes to approach race day strong, smart and confident. He has himself already participated in the Long Course Weekend and knows the event first-hand.
